The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is a free and independent service that helps consumers and small businesses resolve complaints about financial service providers in Australia. 

The Australian Financial Complaints Authority provides a fair and independent dispute resolution service for people who have problems with financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, lenders or superannuation funds. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with the financial provider, AFCA can review the issue and work with both parties to reach a fair outcome.
